    Job Title - Employee Services Manager
    Job Description - Reporting to the Head of Shared Service, your role will be to manage and lead the Recruitment and Employee Services team through a significant period of change. Ensure that the day to day activities are carried out in an efficient, legally compliant and timely manner as outlined in the service level agreement. Manage develop and motivate the recruitment and employee services team , managing the full recruitment cycle from initial job requests through to offers of employment and overseeing any other associated recruitment documentation including references.
    Regular reporting of HR data, Work with the Compensation and Benefits Manager, Head of HR and HR Policy advisers to anticipate, plan for and implement changes to HR administration procedures resulting from changes to HR policy , T & C's or through the acquisition of new employees under company rules and regulations.
    Maintain recruitment and employee databases, provision of professional advice on the development of all systems.

    Requirement - You must have experience of working within HR Shared Services and managing HR admin and /or recruitment teams Sound knowledge of employment law is essential so to be experience of automating and stream lining business processes.
    You will ideally be degree level or equivalent and preferably hold a good previous experience.

    Job Title - International Relationship Officer

    Job Description - joinBurak wants to appoint an International Relationship Officer to manage their expanding international customers and business.
    Our most of the valuable clients are international and from different part of the world. International customers make up 80% of our business growth from up to various countries at any one time and therefore international marketing is a key function.
    As an International Relationship Officer you will be required to develop the necessary channels, networks and processes to allow joinBurak to continue to maintain existing relationships with its customers and develop further relationships in key strategic global locations. Your role will involve in promoting joinBurak’s services and solutions all over the world and you will be required to produce reports, marketing plans and recommendations concerning the latest trends in the industry through out the world.

    Requirement - The successful candidate must be a graduate with first class oral and written communications skills as well as a deep understanding of inter-cultural communications. Previous experience within the IT sector and with international customers would be an advantage.
