    Job Title - Business Development Executive
    Job Description – joinBurak is one of the fastest growing IT firm, our solutions are continually being developed to meet the needs of our increasing client base. We now seek to recruit a goal oriented Business Development Executive to expand our business opportunities. They have built a strong reputation based strategizing innovative and reliable solutions and achieved 100% year on year growth for the last couple of financial years. Our clientele includes some of the top brands in the world.

    The Business Development Executive’s core role and responsibility is to develop new business opportunities and to close/convert these opportunities into new clients and revenue for the business.

    Key Responsibilities
    - Telemarketing (Primary Responsibility, approximately 40% of activity)
    - Prospecting, data base management, cold calling, attendance at shows and events
    - Booking qualified meetings for directors to attend and for own sales with new business prospects
    - Meeting new business clients
    - New Business Sales (Primary Responsibility, approximately 40% of activity)
    - Hitting personal sales targets consistently
    - Sales Support: (Secondary Responsibility 20% of activity)
    - Interaction with Offshore customers
    - Preparation of pitch presentation
    - Meeting follow ups
    - Proposal writing
    - Assistance to MD in all related sales support and business development functions

    Requirement
    - Minimum 1 (preferably 2) years B2B sales experience
    - Demonstrate a history as a consistent performer
    - Proven track record of telemarketing/cold calling
    - Solid IT and Technical Skills etc
    - Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, (F2F and presentation skills/experience a massive advantage)
    - A confident personality who can communicate effectively at all seniority levels
    - The ability to continually meet or exceed expectations
    - Capable of hands-on problem-solving, with the intelligence and drive to generate new ideas
    - A competitive, ambitious and resilient self-starter
    - A proactive approach to researching and identifying new business opportunities
    - Ability to cope with competing demands and to priorities tasks effectively
    - A positive attitude to dealing with people
    - Good attention to detail
    - Confidence, determination and drive to succeed in a results orientated environment.
